The Gamia Wood Spiral Staircase is a high Quality, easy to build spiral staircase, The Gamia Range of staircases were developed with ease of installation in mind and are available in a range of sizes complete with a range of accesories to cater for most circumstances.
The use of wood treads allows this model to blend well in any room, giving warmth and simple elegance.

Diameters = Ø 120 cm - 140 cm - 160 cm

Steps -Manufactured from solid beech wood, thickness 38 mm (11/2”); step angle 30°,
round or triangular landing angle 60°, square landing angle 90° for round or square opening
Riser heights - standard min. 210 mm. (8 1/4”) - max 230 mm. (9”) (for risers 200 - 210 mm.
(7 7/8” - 8 1/4”); 230 - 240 mm. (9” - 9 1/2”); it is possible to cut the balusters during the assembly.

Note UK Building Regs has a Maximum Rise Height of 220mm.
Please Note the 1200mm diameter Option will not comply with Building Regulations
Railing - with metal steel tubing balusters ø 22 mm. (7/8”)(clear space among the balusters < 100 mm., 4”);
flexible plastic handrail (handrail height = 1000 mm, 39 3/8”)
finishes and colours = wood: polished with water varnish (Natural 12); metal: durable
powder coat (embossed black); plastic components, rubber matting and screws: black

The opening size required is a minimum of 1450mm.

This staircase will adjust between 2520mm and 2760mm in height (but 2640mm would be 12 risers at 220mm)

The kits are reversable so you can assemble the staircase clockwise or anti-clockwise.

The Balustrading is included upto the top of the staircase, (Landing handrails not included)

Each Tread is a 30 degree turn, the landing platform is 60 degrees.

These spiral staircases come direct from Italy and delivery is typicaly 3 weeks. (Collection is not possible)

This staircase does not conform to UK Building Regulations.

This staircase will adjust between 2730mm and 2990mm in height (but 2860mm would be 13 risers at 220mm, It is possible to get the rise down to around to 2600mm but this will require cutting the balusters)

This chart shows you the typical heights with 12, 13 and 14 risers but remember in the UK you shouldnt go over 220mm maximum rise height, but the 1200mm Gamia models wont comply with building regulations anyway so if you need the extra height you can see how high you can get.
