Universal Maxi 75 "L" staircase kit

This attractive lightweight stair kit that can be adjusted to the appropriate rise height when installed.

This standard kit comes with 12 steps giving you 13 risers and a handrail kit for the internal side.

The staircase tread width is 750mm.

The rise of each step can be adjusted between 175 and 240mm (The maximum for UK Building regs is 220mm)

The going on each step is adjustable between 180 and 220mm, (The minimum for UK Building regs is 220mm).
To maintain a pitch of no more than 42º with this stair kit you would only be able to use a maximum riser height of 198mm with the 220mm going.


This staircase comes direct from Italy and delivery is typicaly 3 weeks. (Collection is not possible)

This staircase does not conform to UK Building Regulations unless you pay strict attention to the Rise and going options and use the optional riser safety bar kit.
