The Mini Plus space saver staircase is a modular staircase with a veriety of layout options the basic kit comes as a straight staircase giving you 11 treads which gives you 12 risers, additional tread packs and quarter turn landings are also available.

The Module Mini (Mini plus) Space saver staircase kit is an attractive lightweight kit that can be adjusted to the appropriate rise height when installed.

This standard kit comes with 11 steps giving you 12 risers and a handrail kit for one side.

The staircase width is 605mm and the step width is 550mm .

The rise of each step can be adjusted between 200 and 240mm (The maximum for UK Building regs is 220mm)

The going on each step is 250mm, The opening size for Mini-Plus must be the same size or larger than the floorplanof the staircase, We recommend leaving your well opening larger than the staircase and then trimming it to the final size once the staircase has been fitted and you feel you can walk up and down the staircase comfortably.


This staircase comes direct from Italy and delivery is typicaly 3 weeks. (Collection is not possible)

This staircase does not conform to UK Building Regulations.

By adding 2 of the landing platform kits you can achive a layout with a 180º turn.

(These are shown with 13 steps (14 risers) as this is the total you will have if you purchace the additional 2 landing kits but you may not require all of these.)
