Covid-19 Statement - 02/07/2022,

We are working to our capacity - Lead times are set to extend over the typical lead times on our Softwood staircases normally around 2 to 3 weeks this is all subject to the delivery run in your area ask before ordering. Our Bespoke Stair side is now heavily committed until September with limited capacity left on the standard stair production.

Express - Upgrade to Express and guarantee delivery is 2 weeks from signing off your production drawings.

Material Supply - As you may be aware there is a global shortage on key materials, we are seeing price increases on the materials on a regular basis as supply struggles to meet the demand at this time, currently we have good stock levels on our key timber materials for staircase production.
